If you are not happy with your purchase on any non-customized piece, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Upon the return of the merchandise, in unused and in its original condition, we will offer a refund, less the shipping charges. Items returned after 14 days of delivery are not allowed, and they will NOT receive a refund.
Customized or Personalized Items may not be returned, unless there is a defect in the product or should we have made a mistake on your order. A replacement piece will be shipped.

When returning any goods, please include your packing slip if possible along with your name, order number, phone number, and most importantly, your e-mail address. We will e-mail you when your return has been received and processed, usually within 5 - 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. Please note also that returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Sales of any discounted items are final and not returnable.
Food items as well as dewormers, flea, and tick topical treatments cannot be returned once opened.
